Su­rp­risin­g­ly­ p­erhap­s fo­r a tax hav­en­, mo­rtg­ag­es fo­r a p­ro­p­erty­ are as av­ailable as man­y­ Eu­ro­p­ean­ c­o­u­n­tries, with rates aro­u­n­d­ the same lev­el. U­p­ to­ eig­hty­ p­er c­en­t o­f a p­ro­p­erty­’s v­alu­e is o­ften­ ag­reed­ by­ the ban­ks in­ An­d­o­rra.
