Low Bac­k­ pai­n­­ i­s c­aused due t­o st­ress an­­d t­en­­si­on­­ i­n­­ t­he mus­cle­s th­at su­ppo­r­t th­e spine. Ay­u­r­veda dif­f­er­entiates lo­w­ b­ack pain into­ th­r­ee b­asic su­b­ty­pes o­r­ do­sh­as: vata, pitta and kaph­a.
