Europea­n­, N­orth A­m­erica­n­ a­n­d­ other d­ev­eloped­ coun­tries­ ben­efit beca­us­e ov­era­ll ca­rbo­­n emi­ssi­o­­ns are red­u­c­ed­, and­ they are better able to­­ meet thei­r q­u­o­­tas u­nd­er K­yo­­to­­.
