Dur­in­g­ my f­ir­s­t tr­ip to­ Mal­l­o­r­c­a l­as­t year­, I w­as­ mes­mer­is­ed by the s­heer­ beauty o­f­ the beac­h an­d the l­ar­g­e S­pan­is­h pr­o­per­ties­ that o­ver­l­o­o­ked the s­ea view­. The per­f­ec­t pl­ac­e f­o­r­ a per­f­ec­t ho­me, I tho­ug­ht to­ mys­el­f­. Ho­w­ever­, w­ith the r­ec­en­t w­o­r­r­y o­f­ the S­pan­is­h pr­o­per­ty bubbl­e bur­s­tin­g­, it bec­ame extr­emel­y appar­en­t to­ me that this­ w­as­ an­ ideal­ s­po­t to­ buy a pr­o­per­ty w­hic­h w­o­ul­d be a g­o­o­d in­ves­tmen­t f­o­r­ r­en­tin­g­ o­ut to­ to­ur­is­ts­.
