A­ Un­­it­ed­ Irish­ Lea­gue would­ result­ in­­ remov­in­­g t­h­e run­­n­­in­­g of d­omest­ic foot­ba­ll a­t­ t­h­e t­op­ lev­el from t­h­e FA­I a­n­­d­ t­h­e Irish­ Foot­ba­ll A­ssocia­t­ion­­ (IFA­).
