After Jane wrote and drew out her plan clearly, she then placed it in areas in her home where she can watch it daily to remind her in times of challenges. Such actions encouraged her to remain focus in pursuit of her goals. Apart from that, she also included inspirational quotes and personal writing of her needs to be consistent and focus in her actions in the plan. From the above, it can be noted that in learning about creating an effective and clear goal setting plan, a constant reminder to focus and having clear definitions of what, how, when and why one wants to achieve the goal are significant points to achieve success through the goal setting plan.
